How to make a payment offline and save the handling fee for PCAA?

The handling fee (approximately 3.49% + $0.49) is charged by PayPal, not PCAA. However, PCAA will cover this fee for you if you choose to pay online. To help PCAA save on this fee, you may choose to pay offline using one of the following methods:

* Pay by check:

• Print this page.
• Write a check for the total amount excluding the handling fee, payable to PCAA.
• Mail the check along with this printed page to:
  Peninsula Chinese School, P. O. Box 2242, Yorktown, 23692-2242
  

* Pay by cash:

• Print this page.
• Submit the cash along with the printed page directly to the Principal or Treasurer of the Peninsula Chinese School.

How to calculate tuition and fees?

PCAA Membership Fee:

- PCAA membership fee is $20 for the whole family per calendar year.

Chinese Language Class:

- The tuition for Chinese language class for the Spring2026 semester is $170.

- Each PCAA family member will receive a $15 discount, the 2nd student from the same family will receive a $10 extra discount.

- The 3rd (or more) students from the same family will receive a $20 extra discount.

Extracurricular Program:

- Extracurricular program tuition is $85 for PCAA member or $105 for none PCAA member.

Taiji Program:

- Taiji program tuition is $40 for PCAA member or $60 for none PCAA member.
